We are an independent, brewer owned microbrewery and taproom based in St Peters, Sydney.

Our approach is grounded in precision, balance, and drinkability, combining forward-thinking techniques with a respect for traditional brewing fundamentals.

The name Future Brewing reflects our core philosophy: staying connected to where beer is heading globally, particularly the evolution of modern craft brewing in the US and beyond, with ongoing travel, collaboration, and experimentation influencing each release. From hop-forward styles to clean, crisp lagers, the goal is simple: to continually push forward, bringing the best of modern brewing to Sydney.

MEET THE BREWER

Brady Hannett is the Head Brewer behind Future Brewing, bringing an international perspective shaped by time spent brewing in California at Alvarado Street Brewery and formal training through the UC Davis Master Brewers Program.

With a background in environmental science, his approach to brewing balances technical precision with a deep respect for ingredients and process. His focus is on producing beers that are expressive, balanced, and highly drinkable - whether that’s a hop-forward IPA, a clean crisp lager, or a seasonal stout or smoothie sour.

At the heart of Brady’s brewing is a commitment to quality, consistency, and continual refinement, with each batch an opportunity to push things forward while staying true to the fundamentals.
