We are an independent microbrewery in St Peters, Sydney. Our focus is on quality beer using forward thinking brewing techniques, creating balance and flavour in every beer we brew. Future Brewing aims to push the boundaries of modern brewing while respecting the methods of the past.
Simply put, we believe that beer should be tasty, fun, and enjoyed by everyone!
OUR STORY
After a trip to Laura’s native US in 2014, beer has been at the centre of everything we do. Inspired by the craftsmanship of breweries in the US, this seeded a passion in Brady to begin home brewing. Passion became an obsession, and slowly but surely Brady and Laura began to build the foundations of what would become Future Brewing. Packing up their lives in Sydney, Brady and Laura left for the states to immerse themselves in the Californian brewing scene.
THE TEAM
Brady Hannett // With a background in environmental science, Brady geeks out over the technical side of brewing. He completed the Master Brewers Program at UC Davis and then worked at Alvarado Street Brewery in Monterey, CA.
Laura Howard // Laura’s experience is in business operations management with most of her career in the manufacturing industry.
Deon // The most loveable brew dog and unofficial Future Brewing mascot since 2015.
